47. Designation of other persons appointed to assist the Commissioner. Other persons who may be appointed to assist the Commissioner under sub-section (2) of section 66 may be designated as Additional Commissioner, Joint Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Assistant Commissioner, Assistant Value Added Tax Officer and Value Added Tax Inspector.
