71. Submission of declaration in case of a person
When the goods, as are notified under sub-section (3) of section 57 belonging to a person other than a dealer are carried in a vehicle coming from any place outside the State or going to a place outside the State, the driver or any other person incharge of the vehicle shall submit a declaration in form 50.
